Customised Degree Programs
Many of MGSM's customised in-company programs offer participants the opportunity to gain credit towards a postgraduate degree qualification. These programs are designed to meet both the specific development requirements of the organisation and, at the same time, support its ability to attract, develop and retain talented staff.
For example, a customised program may be a Postgraduate Certificate in Management. This could include three units such as Accounting for Management, Human Resource Management and Marketing Management, as shown in the diagram below.
Utilising MGSM's postgraduate program structure, we work with client organisations in the selection of the most appropriate subject units and program structure to achieve their desired outcomes.
All customised corporate degree programs are specifically designed to link together and form an integrated pathway, leading ultimately to the MGSM Master of Business Administration (MBA).
After successfully completing the customised corporate degree program, participants who meet the relevant entry requirements can apply to enter the next stage of the MGSM progression path. These participants would receive credit for units already completed.
